TRANZENDANCE
We all have a dance to dance-
Discovering our dance allows us to be fully embodied and present.
Through conscious movement we can experience dance as a spiritual
practice, a moving meditation.
Based in traditions of prayer, ritual and celebration, dance can be a
vehicle of personal healing and awakening.
Join us for an evening of dance! We will allow the music to be our
guide and take us on a journey! No dance experience necessary,
just a willingness to move. Wear comfortable non-restrictive
clothing. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
